Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking with My Jungle Junction, operated by TravelExperience Junction LLP. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming a booking with My Jungle Junction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all safari packages, weekend getaways, custom itineraries, and any other travel services arranged by TravelExperience Junction LLP.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

A booking is considered confirmed only upon:

  • Receipt of the booking form or written confirmation via email or WhatsApp
  • Payment of the required advance deposit as specified at the time of booking
  • Issuance of a booking confirmation reference by My Jungle Junction

My Jungle Junction reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion without providing a reason. In such cases, any advance received will be refunded in full.

Safari permits are subject to availability from the respective forest departments. Confirmation of your booking does not guarantee safari permit availability, which is outside our control.

3. Payments

Our standard payment schedule is as follows:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

My Jungle Junction reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in government taxes, permit fees, or third-party costs. Any such revision will be communicated prior to final payment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@myjunglejunction.com. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Safari permits, once booked, are non-refundable as per forest department rules. This cost will be deducted before calculating any refund.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days of the cancellation request.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or package components must be made in writing at least 21 days before the travel date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

My Jungle Junction reserves the right to make necessary modifications to itineraries due to forest department closures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will arrange equivalent alternatives wherever possible.

6. Safari Permits & Forest Rules

All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the respective tiger reserves and national parks, including:

  • Carrying valid government-issued photo identification at all times
  • Following instructions of forest guides and naturalists
  • Maintaining silence and not disturbing wildlife
  • Not littering or carrying plastic inside the forest
  • Wearing muted, earthy clothing colours
  • Not using flash photography or drones without prior permission

Violation of forest rules may result in eviction from the safari zone without refund. My Jungle Junction will not be held responsible for any fines, penalties, or consequences arising from non-compliance.

7. Liability & Responsibility

My Jungle Junction acts as a travel organiser and coordinator. We work with third-party hotels, safari operators, and transport providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for:

  • Any acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip
  • Injury, illness, or death arising from safari activities or travel
  • Cancellation or curtailment of safaris due to forest department decisions
  • Failure to sight specific wildlife, including tigers

We strongly recommend all guests purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travel. Wildlife tourism involves inherent risks and guests participate at their own discretion.

8. Force Majeure

My Jungle Junction shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, fire, or extreme weather
  • Government orders, forest closures, or wildlife emergencies
  • Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
  • Civil unrest, strikes, or acts of terrorism

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or credits. Refunds in force majeure situations will be subject to recoverable costs already incurred.

9. Guest Conduct

My Jungle Junction reserves the right to terminate the booking of any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, harmful to wildlife, or offensive to other guests, guides, or staff. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

Alcohol consumption is prohibited inside all tiger reserve core and buffer zones as per forest department rules.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the My Jungle Junction website — including text, images, itineraries, and photography — is the property of TravelExperience Junction LLP and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from bookings or services provided by My Jungle Junction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
